Jacobson Exhibition Center Grand Opening at 2010 Iowa State Fair
After over 18 months of construction, the Jacobson Exhibition Center officially opened on the first day of the Iowa State Fair on August 12, 2010. The stunning new 110,000 square foot facility will be home to year-round state and national livestock shows, concerts and sporting events.
Iowa Contract Glazing was honored to be selected to work on the project. The curtainwall and windows installed by ICG are an integral part of the overall energy efficiency of the building. These features provide ample ambient lighting, reducing the need for costly electric lights. They add both beauty and efficiency when it comes to lighting and heating.
